The microcontroller write protected.
I can not change the firmware.

UPD. It is necessary to update the firmware in USBASP v2 to the latest from the site http://www.fischl.de/usbasp/
With this firmware usbasp.2011-05-28.tar.gz was able to flash microcontroller in a slow mode (jumper needed)

I'm update to the NLite http://drjones.nerdcamp.net/#nlite

I need driver board with components only on one side, so the one you suggested will not work for me.

The link you provided is for sop8 package and we need soic8.
Already ordered 10 tiny13a. Last 10 I ordered were all bad, or at least cannot be programmed with my USBASP (verification fails on all 10). I hope this batch will be OK.

Lyubo, You can solder the 7135 chip to the other side. If not - then just change the microcontroller.
I have not yet received these microcontrollers from ebay.
I think they are the same size as in this driver (SOP & SOIC).
I also use usbasp and programmed using AVRDUDE
