Heat?
I have the same question as I saw posted on the other bell cap for the Subtank Mini. Will the heat generated by the sub ohm coils often used in these cause melting of the airflow tube? I defer to others with more knowledge of this type of plastic and the heat produced in sub ohm coils.

I would like to order these but worry I will be chain vaping and take a whopping pull of melted plastic vapor.

I can't say for certain, but I worry about the same thing.
I also think that since kanger used glass and metal when developing the product, there was probably a good reason for those decisions. For that reason, I am staying away from these acrylic tanks.

I've never had a bellcap melt of disfigure. Certain juices can make them crack over time though.

I was thinking the same, but in the KF Bellcaps, the chimney is SS, there was a plastic chimney for the KF, but I think no one vaped it past 20 Watts.
So it might be a plausible thing, speccialy if the thank is not full and that section has no juice around it do cool it down.

Using "regulation" as poorly disguised prohibition is criminal. Vaping is not smoking, reduces harm and saves lives.

Only if you build a coil that's .15 and chain vape... The threads would melt before the cap deforms.

You are doing something very wrong if you're tasting plastic...

Not exactly.

I have stoped using some acrylic drip tips, because they smell plasticky to me when in contact with some juices.

The ones that smell 'plasticky' aren't poly methyl methacrylate.
