Fasttech please update the pictures and reference
Hello this product has been updated it's not the subtank mini RBA but Toptank mini RBA (with smaller wicking holes)

I bought one and saw it when delivered so please change the reference and update the pictures so people don't get mistaken

I just answered a similar question on how to report errors.


Anyway, If you look under the BUY button on the product page, you will see a link that says to REPORT ERRORS





So if ever you find a discrepancy in the details/specs (or product changes), you can report it there and it should be fixed. ;)

Usually takes a few days before FT fixes it.






Could also be that FT made a goof and sent you the wrong item.


In this case you can put a ticket in here "Received wrong item" and FT will either send you the correct one or refund you for it.

There are some users for which this report tool is not working.

Every time I reported errors, they have never been corrected. I remember of this product particularly. See this thread for more details on the errors. As you can see these errors remain in the specifications tab and in the scroll-down menu ;-)

They've been pretty good about checking my reports for the last 5 to 6 months, although I do have some that have been sitting for about 4 days now. =/

Did it wick well with a higher VG Juice like a 70VG or higher ?

I never had them correct any errors either. I just figured it was reserved for priority customers like some other features: buying gift certs, showing if you have previously ordered an item on the product page, probably lots of other little features.

Are you saying that you don't have the feature that shows
if you have previously ordered an item on the product page?

If it's the case, simply ask to Jenny, I seem to remember that some members were in this case, and if I remember correctly (not sure), I believe Jenny has quickly solved the problem ;-)

BTW, I have never noticed some others little features.

No, I see the link, but quit using it when it became apparent that they never correct the errors.
