Try a Vandy Vape pulse 80. Very good regulated Squonk mod with no leaks and a solid chip inside

Ok, I put in the oring in the 510, but I still have the occasional smear at the bottom from inside.
The could be residual liquid from before.

Any other ideas?

I don't want to shelf it -yet- as I only have a Pico and a Gbox for squonking at the moment

I've had an o-ring on the 510 of mine since day one and not a drop of leakage. Lifted the 510 plate yesterday and it was bone dry inside.

Ok. I lifted the 510 plate. Wet inside.

I smeared some silicone there the 510 cylinders meets the plate. This is the only place where i can imagine liquid could leak.
I hope this helps. I know in a few days once the silicone is cured.

I think a problem might be that some people are screwing their RDA's down too far causing damage to the 510 and causing the seal to break. It's not a spring loaded 510. Most of my RDA's when screwing them on will hit the bottom of the 510 before sitting flush with the mod. I use a thin washer between the mod and atty as to not allow the RDA to force and damage the 510. I think forcing it all the way down will cause possible leaking.

I think the seal can't handle a refill bottle.
Too much pressure

You don't need to screw the refill bottle all the way down. Just snug works fine.
