Paint? Airflow/Flavor?
Anyone know if the paint is some what decent? and if the airflow/Flavor is close enough to the original?

The paint on the authentic Reload X I tried in a shop had scratched off thanks to the air flow posts and top cap constantly rubbing against each other. The paint on the outside was also showing signs of wearing off. The air flow on this is loud, probably the loudest I've heard. Flavour is good like most rda's today. Any 810 drip tips wider than 14mm will overhang and look bad on it.

Received the authentic ss and black Reload X rda's today. Waiting for the clones to arrive later this week so I can compare them against the authentic.

I got my black clone from 2 f.
Its anodized. Vapes great. The air holes under the coil look slightly smaller than the og and some other clones I've seen.
It also has the correct squonk piece on the deck, like the 304ss versions sold here.
Excellent rda.
Just waiting on my desire rage squonk to ship now!

I got mine elsewhere (fff), but it's not quite like the SKU's I see here. Could be the pics too, it's not easy to photograph for detail.

Completely glossy black anodized (the authentic is "vacuum-plated"), slotted grubs screws, alternating "prism" machining and smooth cuts in the top cap, a different plastic-box label, "Reload X 0766" on the side of the deck, a heavy relief design on the bottom, comes with both gold 510 pins, four spare steel slotted grub screws and just seems unlike the two black SKU's FT has.

Perhaps a different manufacturer? I've never seen the original in-hand to compare, but this appears to be 1:1 to me except for the hex grub screws, logo in the juice wells isn't there and the blue screwdriver instead of the "Reload" big black one of the OEM.

Unwashed RDA, Clicky Pics:

**edit**
If you're like me and like to completely disassemble for initial inspection and cleaning, be real careful taking out the PEEK deck insulator. It's a super-snug fit in there...but it does come out. If ya snap it in half trying to pry it out, you'd be uber-hosed though.

That iridescence on some areas of the deck, it didn't go away after washing.

But, I found out what apparently causes it: https://www.finishing.com/565/81.shtml.
Ya, most of those posts concern Aluminum, but the concept is nearly the same.

Personally, I find it rather beautiful. Just as long as the finish stays intact. :-)
