Anyone else had bad customer service on here?
Im having a few issues with customer services, bought a Insider for my SXK billet box, ended up shorting out the chip due to a manufacturing fault of the insider RTA (the 510 was offset causing positive and negative to short out.) they are now offering to give me a $5 voucher for this!

The insider was SKU 7610100

The billet box was SKU 8500301

i dont know what to say but im extremely disappointed in this.

anyone else had any similar issues?

To be completely fair here, a dead short in the atomizer shouldn't have been a problem at all - the DNA60 board should have protected itself. Evolv ought to look after you there.

Nope. FT service is superior and always the best. Fuck off to some other sites if you are not happy with it.

They always open the negotiations with a $5 offer. I think that's their policy or something.

Turn it down, politely, then insist on getting a full refund or replacement for the defective item/s.

They'll probably make you jump through some hoops like getting pictures or video, but that's par for the course. They need that as evidence to show the original supplier/s. Just be patient, and remember that there is both a language and cultural barrier involved here.

You're going to dance around that a bit, I expect, but if you stick to your guns, they'll eventually get you sorted out.

It's their policy to basically screw you, wear you down, play you for a chump, begin with an unfair offer -- and customers should just negotiate politely? These people need lessons in damn near everything about how to run a business and a forum, often I can't help but think language isn't the problem; they are just greedy and totally clueless. Normal businesses don't operate this way, I don't care if it's the "Chinese Way" or not, it's crappy and underhanded.

But basically I'm with you, not saying you are wrong.... I've always been polite and professional in business dealings, even with scumbags like this (though of course I've been a dick to just about everyone here in the forum, but that's besides the point.)

Kinda the same, quite a few issues with products but 9/10 they resolve it and send a replacement or some type of refund.

We have refunded the full money of item SKU 7610100. And the extra $5 is the discount for your new order. Because the item SKU 8500301 wasn't placed at our store, we cannot offer warranty for it. :( Hope you can understand.

That is great info about the subject. Im honestly suprized your offering any assistance to an item not purchased here. Personally i dont think you should.
