The billet box was identical to that SKU. Wasn't bought through fasttech BUT this is 100% the same model. Only thing is the customer service representative has not been major help I assume its due to the language barrier. I was just seeing if anyone else has had many issues with FT. I love the site and don't really want to kick up a fuss. I didn't realise that FT had sent the refund of the item. I confirmed it with them but as i don't deal with the PayPal account myself (my wife does it on her phone) I didn't see that they had refunded.

My main concern is the language barrier. I was just wondering if it has caused mis understanding with anyone else.

I barely trust Fasttech to get its product descriptions right, no one has any reason to implicitly trust your ability to source a product from elsweyr that is "identical" to any given chinese cloner's product here, and it's poor form of you to assume that trust. That you somehow managed to find a DNA board that fried itself when you negligently created a short-circuit at the 510 connector makes your assumption of trust even more ill-founded.

Considering the obscurantist way you've been wording your posts here, I am sympathetic to the suggestion that a language barrier has hindered your effective communication with fasttech customer service.

I know what you mean--had similar experience with a defective anal dilator. What a mess. Feel bad for the housekeeping staff that had to take care of that dreadful business. But in the end was reimbursed appropriately.

I really don't like complaining. Fasttech is awesome. I've used them for years. I was just seeing if people have had other issues or expernced similar issues.

As explained above I didn't acknowledge the refund of the value of the insider RTA (that was purchased via fasttech) had been issued. I do apologize to the staff as it was my mistake.

No, never had a problem that wasn't resolved to my satisfaction within a couple of short messages. Surprising really, considering the sheer number of third world scammers FT must have to deal with.
Your defective mod from another vendor isn't FT's problem. Your shorted atty only identified a defect, it didn't cause it.
