That is supposing the board is well grounded, and you don't keep insist trying to make it work..

OP had very bad luck and got a defective cloned bridge for his billet box. Luckily is a cloned box too. Evolv is the last one to go asking for warranty in this case IMHO.

I wouldn't count on anyone at FT asking anything of anyone. 12 days ago I noticed my package to Australia was sent to Brazil, opened a ticket before it was received in Brazil, get the usual

Obviously someone didn't get the message because it has been received by customs in Brazil and passed on to Brazil Post. It should never have got that far if Singapore Post were alerted to the fact it was sent to the wrong side of the planet.

So 2 weeks so far in the wrong direction, who knows how much longer it'll be before I get my smashed up package, then the usual song and dance again with support to get my broken shit replaced.
