C070240758 is the number of my order.
SKU: 9637899 for 1st item 40,40 $
SKU: 9645109 for 2nd item 17,79 $
Ive already submitted a ticket - Support Ticket Q0702FJYHB
Ive attached photo of bank account thats charged 3 times in a time span of 5 seconds which leads to a price 184,74 USD.
Im perfectly fine paying what ive ordered. I want my other 2 nonexistent payments to be refunded.
A guy from reddit forwarded me to write to @AnniePan
Dont know what to. Ive called my bank and they said that money is reserved for 3 transaction although i only had one order.

Hello ryuk90,

Yes, we saw you paid three times. We only captured one payment, the other two payments are only authorized, but not captured. An authorization (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Authorization_hold) is an amount of money which has been put on hold (on the credit card) and that this amount will be temporarily unavailable to the cardholder. This amount is not debited from the cardholder’s account until we charge the transaction at our end. Which means the payment is not transferred to our account but frozen. The bank normally will drop the authorization in 30 days(usually 7-10 business days), and after that the amount will be credited back to your card. For details, you can verify with your bank.

We also sent a screenshot for you in ticket about the three payments. Please feel free to write us whenever you have questions. We're always here to help.

Add @anniepan to the title, or wait for a reply to your ticket.

Mistakes happen. I really wouldn't worry. FastTech has yet to let me down in fixing a mistake. I'm sure they'll fix this one as well.

An aggravation for you but they will fix it as soon as they are back here and see your thread.
Just bump the thread closer to that time...

I've seen it happen to others. Dont hold me to this but I dont believe the money has been physically removed from your account, so once they take care of it, I dont believe you have to wait for your bank account to recognize it.

In any event, dont worry, you will be taken care of, as frustrating as it might have been for you.

I've had this happen at another site and it's a real bummer if you're buying something expensive. I almost maxed out my credit card for several days because four or five holds were mistakenly put on a single purchase.
