France vs. Australia. Now that was akward to watch .

Nah, quite pleasant. The only awkward thing was: I needed France to win for my office pool, but I wanted Australia to win because they seem like nice guys. But, so far I have two out of two correct , today.

If Denmark wins 2-0, and Croatia wins 6-1, I'll have 4 out of 4 today and I'll for sure be leading the office pool.

Good Denmark. :))
Since we will never ever qualify ourselves.. and Italy not there, it's nice when the neighbors do well.

Early days but not seen a stand out team yet. France,Argentina,Portugal,Croatia all below par.
Nigeria were effing awful, not short of decent players but as a team!
Peru try to play the right way but never looked like scoring.

Looking forward to see what Iceland can do against Croatia & Argentina. Could be a surprise in that group.

So day 4 has arrived and we’ll get to see what Brazil & Germany can offer.

First up Costa Rica v Serbia (slight yawn) then Meh-he-co take on the well fancied sausage eaters (upset possible?), before we finish the day with the ever entertaining Brazil v Switzerland.

If we’re lucky, a certain DJ will fill us in with a pre-match update from the Luzhniki stadium.

...just lost against Austria and played 2:1 against the Saudis.

I might still have to move on to plan B and support the ever so popular Islandic team. Or Spain.

Brasil vs. Swiss might be interesting. According to the internets Brasil lost two of the last three games the two had...
