So there is no more a shipping method for e-liquid to India. After SG Post stopped shipping e-cig stuff to India, NL post was the last resort. Most of my orders recently have been for e-liquid. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

FT you need to figure out your shipping. Batteries cannot be shipped to most countries, you've stopped shipping anything to several countries and now more and more restrictions on e-liquids.

Flashlights is what you started with, and that's where you'll end up.
The only thing I miss about smoking are the lighters. Go figure!

Due to some countries have very strict policy to ban E-cig products, more packages that contains E-cig products might be rejected by local customs. Thus we stopped shipping E-cig products to the those countries temporarily.

Our relevant department are looking for more available shipping ways which could send the e-cigarette products to your country. We will send a notify on our forum once we find them.

my last 2 orders C100305866 and C100327128 both can't be delivered to me, tracking says - though my wife is always at home and at those days she was there definitely waiting, but nothing came.
on the other hand, normally we receive a notification at least, when not at home.

one package contains a liquid, and 2 atomizers in the other one.

please check, what went wrong here.

Your orders C100305866 and C100327128 have been shipped on October 5th and October 11th by Registered Airmail through postNL, which needs about 12 business days for delivery.

According to following tracking information:

2016-10-20 10:34 Undeliverable item, will be returned to sender
2016-10-18 10:47 The item has been processed in the country of destination
2016-10-17 09:33 The delivery of the item was unsuccessful

I thought that they are still in your local post office. We suggest you to contact them to check firstly, please quote the tracking numbers for them.

Any news about them, please let us know here or in the ticket.
