I opened a dispute by paypal. I feel teased. Package shipped 35 days ago after I paid for Italy express (7-12 days transit !!!)...do the shipping service use the horses for transportation ?

We are really sorry for the wait.

The package was shipped out to the destination on 2 Dec. Because of the bad weather(flooding) and the Italy referendum, all the packages to Italy were delayed or hold in the customs. We already urged our shipping carrier to check the item status and update the tracking. We will update the information to you as soon as we receive the confirmation.

If you don't mind, could you help to contact your local post office to check the item status? Here is the destination post office phone number: 39 803 160. If the post office verify the item as lost, we will issue refund or reship the order per your choice immediately.

If you have any questions, please let us know freely.

Hi, I called the Italy post office now. They said to me that the last location of my package is BJS (China ?) and never arrived in Europe/Italy. They think is really possible that is lost before leaving China International exchange center.
Tell me what I can do and please help about!

pretty crap for US: shipped Dec. 26, no update in coming up on 3 weeks. I'll give it to a month for updates then it's getting a chargeback.

I also try Express ePacket (Finland). Before I ordered by the other methods, and packages are moved quickly. However, shipment tracking has not always worked in real time, but now this one shipment is really stuck!

My order were placed: 1/1/2017. Shipped 5/1/2017 via Finland Express ePacket and has been "In Beijing, leaving Beijing to Helsinki" since 9/1/2017 to this day. Why the package is not continued transport from Beijing to Helsinki after a whole week?

The Finnish postal service has no information on this delivery yet..

If anyone is planning on ordering something, now is the time. Chinese New Year is quickly approaching (1/28) and the 10 day factory shutdown. It will probably take weeks to get all the backlogged orders out once the holiday is over. Then, the way things are going with shipping, tack on additional weeks just for your package to leave Beijing. So, about 12 days and then the factory shutdown for holiday.

I bought on another chinese site variuos items for vaping...LESS than 15 working days for delivering !!! Today I've got two differents orders made in differents days ! I think that FT express epacket don't work as we think...xxxx
