Hello rosemm,

Sorry for the wait.

According to the tracking information which is updated on Mar 4, the package has arrived in Kenya for exchange. It has been dispatched to destination a few days ago, it should be delivered in these days.

We already submitted an inquiry to the post office to investigate your package, and we will update the information to you as soon as we receive the confirmation. It may need a few days to answer, please kindly wait a little patient. If you don't mind, please kindly contact your local post office to check the item status. They will help you check the package and confirm the deliver detail, you do not need to wait so long. If they haven’t received the package and can issue you a un-received certificate, so the origin post office can use this certificate to facilitate the investigation process. Otherwise it may take the origin post another 2-3 weeks to verify the actual status of the package. :(

Of course, if the post office verified the item as lost, we will issue refund or reship the order per your choice immediately. We will keep you updated via the ticket once we hear back from them.
