Hello Sparkler,

Sorry for the wait.

According to the tracking information, your packages have been dispatched to your country on June 15. It should arrive in your country but wait for import. The tracking status would be updated only after the item clears destination custom and is handed over to local post office for delivery. Maybe the package was stuck in the customs.

We have submitted an inquiry to the post office to investigate your packages status. Would you mind to wait one week for the delivery? We also will keep on tracking your packages, if there any further news, we will send message for you to let you know.

Anniepan there is still no movement on this package and no update since 15th, I paid extra for express delivery and while I appreciate this isnt your fault, I would like a refund, this is obviously caught up in the postal problems.

Sparkler, can I guess? The package tracking is "stuck" in Nanjing and no status updates since?

Yes it does seem to be stuck, and something came up about bio or something but next time I looked it had changed again.

I have a similar issue outlined in this thread:

The packages going through Nanjing seem to have a serious issue. Backlog, lost in some cargo storage hall, whatever. Any of the previous orders I did in the weeks before had a stellar delivery record. They went through Beijing. Something is fishy in Nanjing (I hope they did not accidentally move air cargo to maritime cargo...)

paracelsus.de just read your post, thanks for the info, frustrating thing is I stopped reading forum posts when all the porn was going on so had no idea this was going on ggrrrrr. Normally delivery is quite quick to France.

We urged our Post to speed shipping today. Sorry for the delay as recently the shipping is really slow, some packages are delayed too much. We will check whether there is fast ePacket to replace or not, then we can improve this delay.
