According to the tracking information shows your package has been delivered to your mailbox on June 20, if you didn't receive, should anyone else help you pick it up. :( We have asked our Post to help us check the package, they will try to check but please kindly note as the package has been delivered and there is no more proof showing that you don't receive the package, our Post may not help too much. We are really sorry about this.

If you can ask your local Post to offer a un-received/lost certificate, that would be better for us to ask our Post to help. We know you contacted your Post many times, even they don't want to afford the lost, we do hope they will offer the certificate. We do understand your feeling and want to do our best to help.
