I loved my SVD but after 3yrs my button died. Tiny micro tach switch. I ordered some replacements but guess what? The cap & internals were glued in and I destroyed the mod on disassembling it. Some SVDs were glued in and some were pressed fitted, which could be opened & repaired.

Yep, that's how they roll now. Maybe you need their special account status for this "feature". I forget what it's called, but there is s status where you are supposed to get preferential treatment with your account, including prompt ticket response. I don't remember if it is called priority or some other superlative adjective. A relative had one of those fancy accounts; that's the only way I know. It's a smarmy thing to do, and could only hurt their sales.

But, maybe it is a Chinese gov't regulation? Dunno, but I have accounts with some vape stores in the US that date back to the Jurassic era, and they've never deleted anything I ordered. Most don't even expire your rebate points. :)

I can see a list of my order history and tickets when I click the more link just above the log out link. Just need to hit the browser back button to get back to the history page. ;-)

Thanks cmj55...couldn't remember the name of an RTA I'd bought a while back. It was, and still is, a Scottua style RTA. Gone up a few bucks in price but still a fine atty. Did get a bit sick realizing how many bucks I've spent here over the years!

I have (had?) it. It's called priority service. It was given to those who helped customers a lot back then. Back before all the damn vapers took over the forum, there were a lot of flashlight geeks and all kinds of other, real customers. ;)

The only benefit was quicker ticket replies and (one time only) $5.00 store credit for Xmas. But ticket replies were already very fast so it didn't really make much difference.

I just need one more flashlight. Just one. Honestly. :D

I was finally able to view all of my orders back to May 2013. This is what I did on Android…

1. Login with the mobile app
2. Press the 3 dots at the top right and select “View in Browser”
3. Then enter m.fasttech.com/account/orders (in the browser) and hit go

I had 7 years going back to 2013 and 12 pages. Couldn’t do it on a computer and not initially with the app. Maybe the problem with the site last week was the cause but it works for me now.
