be carefull, may shortcut
Be very very carefull. This can shortcut because of thin thin and non solid silicon insolator
If you use it in a mec mod and with non protected batteries => REAL DANGER

Advice : change the insolator before using it
A person in this forum explains how to do it using an insolator from an old clearo or old coil head
It is very simple and avoids you bad surprise

Good vap

Umm I've used these for years, and never had a short.
Never heard of someone getting one that shorted.

Actually, when the battery takes a shortcut, you get the least voltage drop.

I found that if you attach it to the tank first and then to the mod it helps prevent this problem.but replacing the bottom insulator with something a little more ridged would be a better solution.seems like it would not ad that much to the price if they replace the soft silicon rubber insulator with a ridged nylon one. I did this on 3 of mine and it fixed the problem. I can leave then on the mod when changing tanks.

Mech mod, protected battery, ego adaptor. Awesome, I fell asleep and woke up in 2005.
