Because they have a typical China mentality where some sales would sell you products so they earn commissions while pissing off their other sales who happens to be able to influence their CS rep.

Stating ours is fake is a false statement from Innokin with the intention of stopping their other vendors from complaining about our price.

Wraithpc, I understand what you are saying, but it's no secret that FT is low cost, slow speed. A lot of people, if not most, do just what you have decided to do and pay a premium for fast shipping speeds. People that like FT however realize that it takes awhile but find that the price point makes up for this disadvantage. :D

I do agree, some of the prices are very good, others not so much, either way, everyone decides for themselves, at what point it is more beneficial to shop elsewhere.

I've already started to shop very selectively. The live chat is a definite step in the right direction, hopefully it will be more effective then the support tickets.


Geek, again, it was Innokin's answer to my question, regardless of the reason they do it, that is pretty bad for them to accuse FT of selling copies.


I will continue to pick my purchases with care, as to limit my frustrations.

Now I have no doubt that the status ready to ship and waiting to be packaged on this item is horse poop, because the item i ordered on 1/12/2014 is already shipped. So what is going on? I wouldn't mind, that FT would sell such items with the status preorder or something. But when they lie in such a strange matter, that pi**es me off... I'm tired of filling the tickets and waiting for responses, if I would be living in USA, wouldn't even bother with FT anymore..

Wtf!! 48 hours of my item on a "waiting to be packaged" status. I ordered mine on the 6th, if yours was ordered on the 7th, and shipped that is such bullshit.

@Sufie my order still hasnt shipped, it has been alot longer than the 24 hours that was told to me, you stated that my package was packaged on 1/12 4:24, and it would ship within 24 hours, 3 days later and im still waiting..

I ordered mine on the 6th and i see people that ordered on the 8th that have already shipped, how is that possible??
