You will, they wear out no matter how careful you are. In fact I bet you already have (your comment written back in january) :) Am I right? :P
I've just rewrapped my oldest pairs (2x25r's and 2xVTC4's), both were 20 months old (Jan 2015,), the Samsung wraps are weaker, they had split, neither of the VTC4's though had rips in them but there was slight damage on the top rim.
I'm not risking it turning into even the smallest of holes the next time or 20 :P I put them in a device when sleeves cost pennies, literally.

those 4 batteries may sound "old" now but I look after my batteries, never over drain, let rest before and after charging and are part of 18 others that I constantly rotate in use, so they are working as good almost, (almost), as new, they still charge up to 4.2 volts just drain a little sooner than when I first bought them.
