Staff!!!!!!! could be my last order
so as i always do i ordered big order at 16/9/2015 including this subox mini...
was listed at this item shipping in 5 days... all was looking good after waiting all items was ready for shipping exept this subox mini so i opened ticket and they said another 10 days restocking at 24/9
still no shipping i opened another ticket and they said next restocking at 4/10 so i said i will wait :k
now 4 october is gone and i just been told next restocking at 15 october Wtf is going on?0.o
ive been using nothing but fasttech since like year and half spent a hell of money for you guyz atleast you shouldve come clean from the start and list not in stock and not as it was listed 5 days and after i buy it it then says restocking and the restocking keeps delaying from date to date wtf i pay the money based on 5 days ship lie and its my right to have this item and no i dont refund i want this item thats why i payed for i expect from fasttech to get me my items that i pay lot of money in time...
as i said ive been spending alot of my money here over the time and could be my last order ur lost my lost i dont know really but what i know for sure that i demand a coupon code atleast for my troubles if you guyz want me to still regular customer...

So you shop here for a year and a half. Have you never got the stuff ?

It's the vape market. Everyone's fucking everyone and all they want is your coin. Cash it in in for a refund and walk away. At least you have that option here. If there is anywhere else let us know.

i got an order on geebee and waited 3 weeks for stock
i was checking it yesterday and they had a limited stock 10 units on offer 1/2 price
1 they wont give me the refund 50%
2 they still haven't shipped mine
you find everything in the last place you look. try looking in the last place first.

Gb don't get me started ,,,, they sell kanga. Try your luck there. I still got $50 sitting there in a purse but they don't ship or hold stock or answer tickets.

I go for that what is showed on the Product availability Page in the moment i order the Item.

When it says 5 days then i wait 6 days. If the item magically falls back to "restocking" or "not ship until 10+days" then i simply cancel the order and buy elsewhere.

I demand from a big seller that their know about the stock, also to give the customer a precise information about the availability.

Playing "restock" games with the customer will not cause a positive effect in customer experience.

Aschzzz as u can see in my ticket im adressing the staff not you so i didnt ask for your advice... and ive been vaping on vamo also from here
and Jonsin u 100% right when we buy from big seller and spend moeny over the years atleast we expect from them to come clean and not to play restocking games with regular customers...
at first they say 5 days and auto when i place the order the game started.... thats lame and not professional...

I do agree with the OP. When I started buying from here "in stock" meant exactly that with few exceptions. Recently "in stock" has no meaning. It is quite misleading in my opinion and a sure way to get new customers to never shop here again.
