This mod with U well Rafele tank wont work?
I have bought this set up
I have 2 Uwell Rafele tanks and they will not work with this Mod
Anybody else had this issue,bit gutted as love my rafeles!
When i hit the fire button it just does the same as it does with no tank on ot

The 510 on the Kanger Subox is not spring loaded...

When i push it down it springs back up so im guessing it must be spring loaded
Gutted cant get my 2 Rafeles working on it!

I feel you.
I am not sure about the Rafale but my Uwell Crown tank won't work on the Subox either because the 510 pin on the Crown tank is not as long as that on the Kanger Subtank .
All my other mods with spring loaded 510 have no issue with the Crown tank.
The Subox is purpose build for the Subtank.

Thats explains it a bit then!
Wonder if i could put something in there to make a connection like a piece tin foil or something metal and very thin?
Im sure somebody will have a way around it!

i have now cut a 1/2 mm piece of tin the same size at pin end of thread on tank, put in mod with this and works a dream, hopefully its safe.....

Cause the pin end on tank is not touching the 510 connector
Is this a issue!? I thought not as all i have done is make a connection,maybe not safe hence the reason i ask!

If your having an issue with the pos pin of the Atomiser not reaching the pos pin (spring loaded or not)of the mod. then the only semi safe fix I can think of, is to find a longer pin for the ATOMISER.
Please dont try and add Little bits of metal BETWEEN the atomiser and Mod,as this can cause a short,and is pretty dumb.
It just doesnt get any better than this !

try soldering a blob onto the tanks 510 pin to lengthten it,if that dont work, hurl it in the peedie sea

Here’s your problem: the insulator in the base of the tank is fairly hard rubber and will not compress enough to push the pin against the atomiser.
The solution is to replace the insulator with a softer rubber.
I used one from one of the old Protank coils and it works just fine. :)
Your ego could be your greatest enemy.
