Um...might want to check the specs...or the images this thing is not going to make that amount of light with 10 3525 emitters

I think 3525 is a number Samsung has started using for one of its high power LEDs. (You may have heard how they like copying stuff.)

However, the LEDs look in completely the wrong place to work with an H3-suitable reflector. Considering many fog lights have a bracket in front of the bulb that stops light from the bulb shining directly ahead, it may not even fit on many housings.

Quite apart from that, pretty much anywhere that has road rules it's illegal to replace incandescent bulbs with LEDs for on-road automotive use.
