How to fix this EHPro MOD 101 issue ???
I ordered an EHPro MOD 101 a few months a go (ordered 31-12-19 and delivered 13-01-20) and it has been working just fine till a few days a go. It started to randomly lock up the screen or didn't want to power on but I could get past that by removing the battery. But now it's worse and it only shows me the check atomizer error. I also noticed that it's showing me the full battery capacity while it should show me the low battery error.

I've put my EHPro MOD 101 in by pass mode and that's what I'm getting with an empty battery.

It's obviously reading the battery voltage wrong. I've got no idea how to fix this if possible and I'm passed the 90 days warranty. I could probably send it back for repair but that's going to take too much time and money. Buying a new one is probably the better choice if I can't get it fixed.

I own 2 of the 101's and both have Issues from Time to Time. I suspect that they are getting wet inside from RTA Condensation because they work normally again after 1 or 2 Weeks, but I really don't know for sure because You can't take them apart.

I've tried to disassemble it but it isn't as easy as they show it in the videos. Not without the right tools.

I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to let it soak in isopropyl alcohol and blow it out with compressed air. This seems to be a good solution for circuit boards but I'm not sure if it won't damage anything else.

Well you don't have much to lose at this point.

Vaper buys pod system, asks for a 510 adapter. LOL for days

You're right. What I did is add a few silica bags inside the EHPro MOD 101 and put it in a plastic bag. A few hours later all moisture is gone. I've put in a fresh charged battery and it's reading it at 4.2V and the check atomizer error is gone. :D

I leave it with the silica bags inside the plastic bag till tomorrow before I start using it again.

I don't thing regular polyethylene bag is of any help, I'd add some moderate heat like hot water pipe.

Its rather easy to take apart; like shown, find a tank or anything solid with a 510 and screw it tight then pry it one direction till you hear "tick" then do it the opposite direction, repeat until its out.

For the center pin lack of movement, reposition the red wire so it kind of pushes up on the spring; sometimes they get stuck pulling down on the pin

But mine is dreaded error 6 elehot

I think it does help because with a plastic bag wrapped around it there's only the air inside the tube to dry out with the silica gel. I'm currenly using it and so far it's working fine. I hope it stays that way.

Nice Idea with the Silica and the Bag,AlienGrey, so You don't have to wait a Week like I do.
