The recall issue has been open for a little while now. It's good that Mooch reinforced that with yesterday's video, given the deafening silence (so far) from Golisi.

Also stay away from Blackcell. I bought a Blackcell X4 charger from a USA retailer that was going out of business. By the time I got the charger the retailer was out of business.

The fist time I tried to use it it made a low buzzing sound and then it smoked. No fire, but still not good.

I tried to contact the retailer with no luck and I figured as much. But I have since contacted blackcell 4 times in the past 5 months and they never respond.

In my experience, it's very hard to trust a battery and/or charger manufacturer that caters to vapers.

Never again will I buy such brands. Never Golisi, never Blackcell.

Never had any issues with my golisi i2. It's been going strong for appr. 3 years now on a daily basis. On the other hand, my efest lush q2 charger malfonctioned after only 2 weeks. You win some, you lose some.
We can't agree on everything.

My Efest LUC 4 and LUC 2...6 years old and counting. Unfortunately, 21700 don't fit.

Who makes the Opus brand? Does the company have a website? I could never find it.

I haven't trusted Golisi batteries or their chargers since they decided to pay all the YT reviewers to review and blatantly promote their products.

The Miboxer C8 is so good that I bought another one.

SKU 9680681

This is my go to battery charger and I bought this one as an extra charger.

The MIBOXER C8 is an accurate, feature packed, reliable and affordable 8 slot battery charger. It can charge many different types of cylindrical rechargeable batteries such as Li-Ion, NiMH, NiCD, or LiFePO4 (LiPo) batteries.

Features include single channel charging current up to 1.5A, individual channel charging current, set the charging current, high precision voltage source calibration, automatically stop charging when the battery is fully charged, reverse battery and short circuit protection, automatically detects the battery and displays the charge status, power percentage and measures capacity.

It supports 8 channel simultaneous independent charging, small capacity battery charging, a battery repair function, mains 3V-5V or DC 12V car charging. Made of PC fire retardant materials it provides excellent heat dissipation and excellent electronic circuit design.

I hear a lot of good things about Miboxer chargers. I might get one. Going to decide between a Miboxer or Opus.

Indeed, after my old Efest LUC 4 gave up the ghost, I replaced it with a pair from Miboxer - The C4 and C8.
