Battery defective?
My new caliburn goes from fully charged to red in about 3 hours. Not constants use of course, but taking occasional few pulls at a time while my game is loading. I would say 50-75 pulls, haven't really counted (or about half a pod). I have previously used the Innokin Gala pod kit, which also has about a 500 mah battery. I could get about 4-5 hours from that with its 0.5 Ohm pods. This doesn't make sense to me as Gala runs at more than twice the power of the Caliburn. When I bought this, I thought I could run this for majority of the day.

Sounds like something's not okay with your battery.
I don't count my puffs or anything, but I have 3 Caliburns and the battery on all of them lasts a full pod at least. I never really notice the battery light, I just charge them when it's time to refill the pod.

It was still in green for a bit when I got it so it wasn't excessively discharged either. Anyone else noticed low battery runtime on their Caliburns?

I have a few, and the ratio seems to be a full tank to a full battery charge, with a little bit of charge left upon refill, including the Koko with its 1.2 Ohm coils.
Mine charge at about 0.7 Amps if that helps at all.
I think the blue light comes on at 60%, so if yours was about to go blue then half a pod could be right. You should definitely be getting more than 100 puffs out of a full charge.
