These I know didn't share the same top nut as the BB, but has that changed anytime recently? I do not follow this stuff well, but I'm about ready to purchase one of these soon enough, I'd like to know if my 510 adapter from the BB would fit this....

Unfortunately they are not cross compatible.
The threading on the BB nut is slightly different but even if they weren't, the Bantam 510 adapter, on all versions released to date, is longer than the billet box by about 3-4mm. The BB nut won't reach the boro bridge/boro tank chimney I'm afraid.
The reason is because the Bantam has its chip in the top of the mod so that has been added to the thickness requirement for the 510 nut.

While you also have to consider the practicality of an 18350 mod with the limitations of that cell, I still really like the form factor and palmable size for an evening out and a modest high ohm build. It is difficult to find a similarly performing device at this price range.

Yes.
In the fifth listing photo you can see a flush 510 threaded adapter on the right;

However the nut you see with the knurling, installed on the device, is also a 510 adapter. The black drip tip installed into it is a standard 510 drip tip and can be replaced with your standard 510 preferences.

I personally always use the knurled nut as it's easier. One of my very old photos as I'm not at that home at the moment;

I meant 510 thread adapter. For use with regular atomizers.

To use the Bantam as a battery mod with an RTA/RDA/RDTA?
Then unfortunately not. At this point I'm not sure how big SXK's support for the Bantam is and to a certain extent I consider it a legacy device, which is also reflected in the current price.
I don't think we'll be seeing any Bantam compatible accessories like that coming out in the future.

It's a damn shame.... Alot of these AIO type devices have died off support ect, and only a few had 510 thread adapters made for them :(

My Togo mini... Coils are harder to find, more expensive, and have very random performance... The RBA is a huge pita to get setup right, and that only lasts so long. If Kanger made a fucking 510 thread adapter for it it'd get a lot of use these days.... Sadly... No.
