Black parts/ shell and button / non-conductive : it's teinted ABS
Metal parts / conductive : it's SS (stainless steel) and looks like "metal"...

painted? possibly dyed, mod is a bit rough but I like it, you could sand it and then dye it black or get the white body sleeve sand it and dye it whatever color, personally I am happy with it as it is, besides the billet from sxk this is up there of one of my favourite devices from sxk along with the insider, fits a 24mm perfectly, comes with a beauty ring for 22mm atomizers, with the map code its a very good buy, I actually bought another, very ergonomic in the hand too. will upload photos later

The mod is made from abs plastic. U can use something like rit dye, but that's only if you don't like the finish, u can sand it n smooth it out then dye it, but I like the finish as it is
