If it doesn't fit whatever clone you have, try removing the insulator between the post and the base.
Just received it today, could not fit the pin due to the SXK black insulator being too small. So I removed the insulator and it threads perfectly into the base.

I am surprised that this item does not come with its own insulator. For the 2021 version, the pin is larger and the insulator must be adapted.
Be careful, if you remove the insulator, you risk to have short cuts.
