anyone got a fix for the top cap it always comes off or is loose its extremely frustrating as its a good rda

Make sure your airflow pins are correctly aligned, with this rda and it's unusual airflow style, this is the biggest reason for a loose topcap...though of course O-rings are always a solution for any atomizer.

You're right - it's a great rda, though many have passed on it, opting for the Billet/Boro craze instead!
