Today was the day mine should have been shipped, but OP said they're delayed till at least 20th. He probably got that info from a ticket because his order was delayed.

Other websites advertised shipping date as 24th of this month since the very beginning of the pre-order.

Yeah man, I figured something out.
You know how the custom-made-to-order thing works, it sets automatically 30 days from the date of your order the date of shipping.
The original date your KBR-S should have been shipped was on the 12th I think, then day later (13th) you probably received the ticket message which said your shipment was delayed because of the manufacturer, token of gratitude gift card 5% etc etc etc and it will be shipped "around" 20th.
So 13+7=20

My KBR-S should have been shipped on the 18th, I received the ticket message on the 20th that my order will be delayed because of manufacturer 5% gift card etc etc etc and the message said it will be shipped around 27th.
So 20+7=27

I think it's also some automated or semi automated process or at least a template that they follow which is when you have like a pre-order item they just delay your shipment by default for 7 days.
I had the same xp with 5avape bxr.
But bxr was delayed for me twice I think.
I hope this one doesn't.

Received the ticket from FT support that saying it's delayed due to the manufacturer, offering 2 choices, to wait for more or to cancel the order on this. Of course my choice is to wait.

But still I'm happy with FT, because FT always notices/tells me if a prob occurs on the order, compared to many other Chinese Vape online shopping sites that don't do that.

I don't name them here, but I have experienced more than several times on other sites, being forgotten and ignored my orders got delayed over a month lols

Once I asked them "what's happening (or where is it) on my order?" then finally told me "blah blah blah" excuses.

This is why I keep sticking with FT.

That's a good point, their customer service is hard to beat in the industry!
