Started Support Ticket Q0614KVSDV a month ago....says the item has left origin country to destination country on 29 May. 5 days ago was told they would investigate...nothing! Looking like refund time!!

Dont expect any quick refund xxx, they will delay and delay, expect CS to string it out over a couple of months.

I'm waiting for two orders that were placed the first part of March.... Fasttech marked them Delivered but Canada Post is still waiting for the packages. Almost time to talk to PayPal. lol

After 90 days tracking sites automatically change the status to closed/delivered. No reason to panic, the package is still on it's way and it will eventually arrive.

It''s all in the way you address them imo. I got a refund for my march order after only 3 exchanges. But i kept polite. I also feel that showing your face from time to time in some threads helps.
We can't agree on everything.
