Forms for lasers....
Hello! I'm from Honduras, located in the heart of Central America. And my shippments normally come through the US, so I want to know wich type of forms will you fill out when you ship these lasers to me? Like: tax ID # for the importer record, 28877 FORM for lasers, manufacturer's name and address. Because I had one problem in customs already with a shippment with lasers and they didn't pass. Thank you!
