Triangle tool bit....
So I own 2 knives (knockoffs) that use the original screws..... One came with the tool and lost it last year so I'm in shit luck.

Between screwdriver sets that I see here, and what I own, I'm not even sure if it's a semi "standard" bit. I have triangle bits, but these are reversed impression...

I can't find an online photo that's not for sales purposes.... Image search "microtech screws". It's the bigger triangle version.

do you happen to have a dremel tool?

if so you could try cutting a groove across the screw head and using a flat screwdriver...

SKU 9728920

Great kit, has most every tool in popular sizes...including triangle bits. 15.00 for a really well put together kit....I find it invaluable when dealing with vapes, phones, computers...everything small!

I've got the cheaper 24 bit kit SKU 9722597 and have been really impressed with the quality.

Yes indeed, that's a set I have. And very good quality it is too. :-)

However, I feel we're perhaps steering away from the OP's original question, which is to get these odd screw head-types moving without necessarily going through the expense of buying another multi-screwdriver set.

Skeeeets... have you tried looking on somewhere like Amazon or (heaven forbid) eBay for a specific driver for that particular screw? Might be worth a shot.

It's twelve inches long, but don't use it as a rule...

I wouldn't mind a whole extra set of drivers, you can never have enough, but I doubt Il find one with the head I'm looking for.

Amazon has the small triangle bit for smaller od, not the full\regular screws. eBay 35$ for the single bit in correct size. which is more than I payed for each of the damn knives :(

I'm going to keep my head high and keep trying to find the tools somewhere in my cabinets and drawers of shit.

And using these ghetto methods to remove the screws.... How do I put the screws back in?

I just remembered my buddy has the same knives, maybe he still has his bit.
