I love wearing a mask in public.
It costs basically nothing and it makes me feel like I'm doing something for my fellow man. It's also extremely visible since basically no one else is doing it at this point. It's got all the social benefits of owning a Tesla (signaling to the world what a great, socially responsible etc. human being I am), with none of the negative impacts (financial, environmental...). What is not to like.

5/5 would recommend.

Lol. In fairness: better than a Tesla. Inside a Tesla, I can still smell unwashed passengers. A mask prevents me from having to smell people in the supermarkets. It's magical.

I'm Batman, every time I leave the house. Well, that, or I'm Sub-Zero, depending on my mood...

what can be better?

Love wearing one. With it, I dont have to brush my teeth every week like before the pandemic.
We can't agree on everything.

But it shows, 30 to 40% care about nothing.
I would thought about 15% at the beginning.

That seems to be a general protest to politics.

I remember this discussion with Atl in in march 20.
I said 50.000 death in 2020. Edit: in USA.
But it was worse.

it's also brilliant for shoplifting. Mask on, hood up, you're unidentifiable on camera

And now we're at a staggering 688.000 American deaths, approximately. Although I do not agree, I can somewhat understand the thought process behind not wanting to get vaccinated. I'm having a much harder time wrapping my head around why so many people became extremely vocal in their opposition to wearing a piece of cloth over their face in an effort to slow down the spread of a deadly virus. I mean come on, it's not much of an ask.

I have a sneaking suspicion that for a select few, it was specifically a refusal to even consider the well being of other people. The kind of people who take Ayn Rand seriously as a philosopher and author despite being fully grown adults. Capitalism is a hell of a drug.

If I had to see the alt's face daily I like you wearing a mask too. Bet your neighborhood chipped in to get you a mask with full coverage.
