Anniepan appreciation thread for the new management
Since FastTech is under new management, and new managers are prone to making (sometimes irrational) changes, I figured it's good to let them know how much Anniepan is valued by FastTech's customers.

Whether clients have questions about panoramic cameras, pantsuits, panda shaped mp3 players, panels for billet boxes, or actual pans, Annie always panhandles them professionally.

Her problem-solving skills are a main reason I still shop here.

I agree with everyone above. Anniepan is the best. Just yesterday some issue with credit card validation processing time caused a problem and Anniepan fixed it for me without me even asking for it!

In general I must say fasttech has very good customer service. People like to complain but they're almost always complaining about things that are not under control by fasttech. (Like shipping problems... I really don't understand why some people have such a hard time understanding that fasttech does not control the post office or that shipping from the other side of the world takes time...) Never the less fasttech support remains patient and tries their best to help the customer. You don't see that everywhere.

So thanks Anniepan (and everybody else) for everything you do, especially in these troubled times when everybody seems to be more stressed and less polite.
