The 2 main UA ports are Mykolaiv (Mykolajiw) and Odessa, both west of Cherson (ISW map May 8). E.g. see Wiki: Shipbuilding in Ukraine Ok, Mariupol seems lost, but there are UA partisans in Cherson, see the map.
