Tbh, as far as this spam, it's not super intrusive. The OP's never respond(so far), maybe 1 post a week(not daily or hourly), and is simply "a question".... But it is annoying to an extent.
I'm not patrolling around telling everyone new to go away because "we don't take kindly to you types of people".
And to merge topics a second. You feel frustrated not understanding what "my deal is". That's the exact frustration I felt(and still) not understanding how posting pictures online is a fault on political views.

That's what I'm concerned about - dissing people that are new, and frightening them away.
This original post, and many that Analog posts in, are not malicious, and are not trying to sell anything, or are obvious attempts at trolling.
I hope you can understand that, as potential new members always have a first post, hopefully a second - IF we don't judge prematurely as to their intentions.
For example, read the sad post by Vape8ion above - if a person's post was worded like that, or asked ridiculous questions, or were pictures of feces - THAT is a worthless post.
Hope you don't become old and grumpy, too, Skeets.
