No cancel button for items "ready to ship". Can I cancel via ticket?
I want to cancel an order, but it says "Ready to ship" and status "Packaging".

The support page says that there should be a "cancel order" button on my order page, but I can't see it.

So I had to cancel via a support ticket.

I'm just wondering if it's possible to cancel when the order is "Ready to ship"?

You can but best to do it on computer. It normally doesn't work when via mobile devices

Hello arseface,

If the order status is "packing" that is ready to ship, you cannot cancel the order by yourself but have to contact our CS to help.

Your order has been shipped out yesterday, we will ask our Post to try their best to get the package back. If we get it back, we will help you cancel the order.
