Please be advised in advance that from November 1, 2021, credit and debit card statements will show "FastTech" for most e-cigarette orders. It will also be billed as "Uniecommerce" for very few chances.

What do I do?

(There is no paypal-button to press. And yes I have sufficient funds in my account)

I'm guessing the problem lies with a two-step verification prosses we have implemented in the banks in Norway. Maybe your developers should look into it. I used paypal to buy a gift-card to myself instead

You are probably correct! It’s the BankID verification process, as I’ve experienced this problem earlier on several sights when I’ve ordered to Norway. Even now, I can’t use my MasterCard from a Swedish bank anywhere but Norway. My Visa card usually works now in China, so I have faith in FastTech to solve the problem…

I purchased a gift card for my order. I applied the gift card code to my order. Then nothing happened. Apparently the order did not go through as it is not showing up in my "Manage & Track Orders".

Since the order did not go through, I tried claiming the gift card again. I get a message saying "Invalid gift card. The email on the gift card purchased must match your FastTech account e-mail address".

I try to claim the gift card again. This time it did go through. I try to place the order again, using the gift card code, and I get a message saying that gift card code has already been used.



Please help.

Since updating the site, Fasttech has made a dramatic turnaround! Certain payment methods are no longer accepted, you have to use a password with the gift certificates. The search system displays the products but when you access the page it shows other products that have nothing to do with the one of the search. Same with some SK link it points to a page that offers other product. This site is not at all professional

We are really sorry as Paypal has a policy that doesn't allow us to accept money for E-cigs products, we have announced the detail in this link. You also can check the notice on the product page: PayPal may be unavailable as e-cigarette sales are restricted. You may place orders using gift cards, or cryptocurrencies. And now, you can pay for the E-cigs products by credit card.

I have sent an email to you about the search issue, would you mind replying with a screenshot or any other detail? So we can confirm and resolve for you? Thank you.

About the prepaid VAT, it will show the detail to our warehouse to apply the IOSS for your order. I have forwarded your request to our technical department, we will think about it, maybe we can add the detail to the order. If you need, we can send a commercial invoice for you with the payment detail, then you will show it to your customs. The PW to use a GC I need to enter since a long time (years?), nothing new. Still not appreciated.

I experienced as well items identified in the search field (preview), but the search results will not show them. These have been discontinued items. And yes, sometimes the search results are really bizarre.

I just ordered it, but there was an unknown error, so I paid in a strange place, and there was nothing on the order list. What happened? It was paid at berrytap.com.
