How to flash Android version?
I have an old Sony model [Taoshan] which is rooted. Well, the rooting process was easy to do and I could follow the step-by-step guide rather easily. But now, I need help flashing it to Android 7 or 6.
How do I start? The Sony is running Android 4.1.2 and that's the stock version.

For Qualcomm go via GSM Tools
For Mediatek go via SP Tools
For rooted phone is easy to upgrade and downgraded the firmware at least you must have the driver installed in your system, the rest just keep on the tracks, goodluck!
