Just ordered the WL Toys V686G FPV from TinyD. and 6 batteries from BG. Total outlay $110.

Saw great reviews on it.

Tried the X5SC-1 and X5C-1 and both had problems in the littlest of winds.

+1 details
I saw a fantastic quadcopter with camera at http://www.thehobbyworx.com/rc-helicopters/medium-400-600mm/wl-toys-v333-headless-compass-2-4ghz-big-6-axis-rc-quadcopter-rtf-with-camera.html at fair price of $109.99. This upgraded V333 comes with the new headless compass mode that makes flying the quadcopter much easier. It also has a built in video camera that fits in perfectly underneath the landing skids. I would say check this one out as its really worth it.
