Shipping to USA
I’m completely clueless is there anything stopping fast tech from shipping to USA via United States express epacket My orders been stuck on ready to be shipped/ready to be packaged for the past week I submitted 4 messages to support but no ones answering me, and this is after they told me to re-purchase my stuff again and it will be shipping immediately because the items were in stock, is there anyone on here that could provide some sort of help I will really appreciate it.

Each time you submit a message it moves your ticket to the back of the queue... Stop sending until they respond...

I only re-send when it takes longer then 3 days for them to respond, and the last time I asked for a refund what they did was refunded me the money and told me to reorder because they confirmed for me that it will be shipped out immediately because the stuff are in stock otherwise I would’ve taken my money back and left, I just want to know what the delay is

The delay is lack of planes and cargo space to the USA, pandemic going on ya know

Express epacket goes usually on commercial flights and with less planes flying it will be delayed.

Might be faster if pay more for something like DHL which has just cargo planes and better chance to get here quicker.


As Vapor mentioned , never add to a ticket until answered, or you wait will start over gain.

Also they don't usually work weekends, so that adds to the time as well.

This is they same going on with me and DHL isn’t any faster. Waiting almost 4 days for update on tracking number. It’s a pandemic do they can’t ship anything out. We should find it somewhere else. I don’t know what else to do except wait and by the time they ever get back to shipping reasonably, we will either be history or the pandemic will be over.

First time it never made it to sort facility as did not pass a security inspection and sent back to FT, then reshipped.

Original order was April 8th and then it left on the 10th, the first time.

Have a second shipment that was order on the 14th but keeps going to restocking, now say ship date the 28th


Was supposed to go out today though so maybe it still will, but doubt it.

First order was a face mask and second was replacement filters for it.


we will either be history or the pandemic will be over.

My mask still waiting to get on plane after passing security.

Filters for mask keep going into restock, says ETA 3 days right now.😣

Filters probably would have shipped sooner had I not put them on hold, while making sure they were KN95.

Mask was free from a GC I had, so never did put that on hold.😀

I’ve been waiting since April 10th Ana still don’t even have a DHL update. They haven’t received the package but FT said they shipped it 5 days ago! What a farce! Nothing close to being true.

Been years since I had a DHL package, but if I remember correctly it just showed up with not much tracking.

I think also that FT gave me one tracking number and then DHL gave me another, once they received it.

Like I said its been awhile.
