What shipping times are you experiencing?
I have been a FT customer for a number of years now. Generally speaking, my items are shipped and received with a reasonable time frame. I understand with the pandemic, shipping has been affected. However, I have a shipment that currently shows shipped from FT but has still not left China for nearly a month now. The USPS site shows it still in Pre-Shipment status.

Just wondering, what shipping times the rest of us are experiencing?

The simple answer is, everyone is in exactly the same boat right now.

Shipping is now being measured in months rather than days or weeks. And it's likely to stay that way for quite a while to come unfortunately.

Hi skineedog, can't say what shipping Times I'm experiencing because no Shipment has arrived in nearly 2 Months.I don't know what is going on because other chinese Shops deliver in 2-3 Weeks, only FT can't deliver. It is funny to read the tracking Information, I have 1 Shipment that is travelling by Bus around the Shenzhen Area for a Month now. Every 10 Days it stops somewhere and takes another Bus. No Joke.

And yet, Fasttech still have the same bogus (bullshit) estimated shipping time during checkout! My package has been waiting at their airport since 4/1/2020. They've known for months that those shipping times no longer apply due to covid-19 and only let us know about the delays in a buried forum post! They figure it's best to get the money and apologize later than to inform you first and possibly lose money. Deceptive!

Package was sent by fasttech on the 25th of april.....then, nothing seemed to move until yesterday....when it has been shipped to spain.

That was the easy part.


The longest wait will be right here in spain. Customs is running at 25% of their workforce....and same with postal deliveries, working with a quarter of their employees.

I figure at least 3 more weeks.

Not only is shipping slow, it varies by carrier here and in other shopping places. I had a shipment by DHL ex SZ to AU that was about a week, but normally three days. Another was by FedEx, normally three days but over two weeks.

The most annoying thing is that because of transhipment, i.e. goods being offloaded to other carriers, to keep freight routes open, the strictest rules apply so batteries, liquids and even sharp implements are not able to be carried at all - every freight option is 'greyed out'.

I feel sorry for FT as this is putting a huge dent in their business and leaving so many customers so unhappy.

Let's look forward to happier times ahead.

I only ordered my item because it said "ships in 3 business days" on the page. I ordered on the 9th of April it didn't ship until the 25th. When I complained they cried "epidemic King's x you have no recourse just wait until it arrives". so then I asked them why they did not simply change all of the shipping times on their website to reflect the epidemic. They never responded to that they just keep crying epidemic every time I complain that it's now been over a month and my tracking still comes up empty. Im working through this epidemic in a mortuary. I know about it, don't tell me about it, just change your freaking ship times to reflect it. I don't understand how the epidemic keeps their webmaster from changing their ship times.
