Yes one shows moving somewhere in Chicago the other still shows as label created not yet in system,and the tracking shows expired?

After ~57 days in transit, my package - using USA Express ePacket - arrived.
The box for my new RBA was mashed up a bit, but everything appears to be unharmed.

I guess the lesson is...be more patient than you should reasonably have to be. And use warehouses that are more local if possibly, or other shopping sites that have such, if you need things to get to you in any sort of reliable timeframe. Might be worth spending a bit more to buy "local" if means your item(s) won't be stuck in limbo for months.

My package finally arrived. Ordered last week of May. Tracking showed it moving round sita centers for 4 weeks. But it would seem it was just moving around a center in the UK, and had been sitting 40 miles away from me for a month. Arrived eventually so I am pleased. And I'm not moaning at Fasttech who have no control, over the varying problems, of different countries hit by a pandemic

After 85 days my purchase arrived to USA, I recommend everyone pay for the shipping by USPS Express ePacket to get it faster.

I do have those shipping options on mine so any shipping price you opt for is still going to be well,a long wait. Until this pandemic is over and the world gets back to normal (what ever that is?).

Now here's something that kind of ticks me off. I came on FT site this morning to check on my order. According to Fasttech, the order had been marked as 'delivered'. Problem is, they have not been delivered.

They were delivered to Customs - but not to ME.

My order may well be delivered by tomorrow, but for FT to say "Delivered"?
That irks me...

Don't worry about the system order status of delivered. It is automatically changed by our system, but doesn't mean your package has been delivered. The package has arrived in your country and will be delivered to your these days.

After waiting close to 3 months for two packages ordered in late April / early May to finally be delivered, I thought I would attempt a couple of small new orders from here, paying a $3.00 USD shipping upcharge for one of them this time... Didn't seem to do much good so far...

This will be the 2nd time in two weeks that the package has been "has been handed over to the airline transport"..

I have placed 4 other orders from 2 of FastTech's competitor's in China recently, paying an average of 3-$4.00 USD in shipping charges. 2 of the orders were delivered to me within 10 days, 1 of them made it to the USA within 5 days and will be delivered within a few more this coming week, and the 4th is quickly making it's way through after only being ordered and shipped the other day.

All of these orders have one thing in common, they were shipped using whatever service "4PX" is. WELL WORTH the 3-$4.00 USD paid in shipping. I was really hoping that my latest orders from here would have been a similar good experience since I paid $3.00 USD extra in shipping, but unfortunately not. I do know I will NOT be placing any more orders from here unless I see they're using "4PX", and will just stick with FastTech's competitor's who are using them to ship.
