10 days is well within normal timeframes. With the current effects of the pandemic, shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 3 months.

Trust me, you will be waiting until at least September as minimum for your package I have two despatched to overseas on 05/05/20 to UK and they still haven’t even got to the UK yet, they will keep feeding you with BS until you end up filing dispute with PayPal, then they will keep delaying that in the hope that it actually gets to you

Dont know how true this is, but it seems a pile of orders just vanished into a black hole at around the same time. Mine (SingPost) was dispatched around the time as yours was and also vanished into the ether.

Had orders from FT just after the missing one that went via PostNL and arrived (after going on a world tour) but SingPosts FT deliveries seem especially affected....

Yeah it is specifically Singapore Post with FastTech that’s the issue (probably due to FastTech scrimping on shipping fees), not Singapore Post with any other vendor.

Aren't you guys lucky. 104 days ago i placed my order, 104 days and still nothing.
