I feel your pain- we all do...as the pandemic has thrown fasttechs shipping into a complete mess. Your package will come, but I promise you it won't be a fasttech employee that delivers it. You seem to be a new customer, so I'll help you...

Order items listed as "in stock" or " ships next day" and then watch your order page. It will give ship dates and should be sent quickly (remember weekends and holidays-theirs and ours, and the day and time difference. It will change status from "packaging" to "shipped" and then you wait...and wait lol

Just kidding, but their job is done-- what do you think they should do? Be patient when ordering overseas, or don't order overseas. And if you find a vendor that suits you better, shop with them instead. You most likely have a package sitting in a warehouse, waiting on customs, another flight, etc....the true logistics with all that's going on now is insane.

I've been shopping here a long time, your order will come...but if your order says shipped and there is a photo of the parcel, well, it's out of their hands.

But how do they explain packages sent from other vendors through Singapore post from the same departure point are getting to customers so much faster?

The only explanation is FastTech have cheaped out on their shipping method... equivalent of us selecting second class vs first here in the UK... whereas other vendors are using a faster shipping option and still offering free delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is clearly a quick cash grab by FastTech and complete disregard for customer satisfaction unfortunately, and this is the result of it, me being one of several thousand unhappy customers.

I just hope their saved $$ was worth it

Other vendors make their money with higher prices. There's always give and take. I only use free shipping, but you could try upgrading maybe?
