@Anniepan,orders marked delivered.
Anniepan,could you explain to me why four of my orders that I have not recieved are marked delivered.It seems that they reach 90 days and you are marking them delivered.

That is the system. It has always been like that. FT accept that the parcel may not be already delivered.

I never had a package take more than 90 days to deliver,so this is new to me.

@anniepan just replied to the ticket today telling they that I even went “again” today physically for the third time to the CDP18 and they told me that they don’t have the tracking number in that office.
Hope you understand my concerns
