Hi Annie,

Can you please help me with tracking order C042233884.
The order was placed around April 2020.
By any chance would you know where this order is currently located.

You can easily figure that out yourself. There is "tracking number" on the order page near shipment information. Clicking on that will bring you on 17track website, which isn't best but will give you a clue.

Probably either awaiting departure from China or stuck in your local intl. sorting center.

If by some weird chance your package is unregistered you are out of luck, tho.

After months, there's finally a new USPS response. It went from "pre-shipment" to "label not created in system". I really hope that means that it's finally on its way :)

Our Post office have confirmed the package should arrive in your country but no update in local. So we have asked them to investigate your package already. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Our Post have confirmed that the package is on the way to overseas. As recently the shipping is a little better, it may need 15-30 working days for delivery. Hope you will receive the package in 1-2 weeks.

About the shipping, our CS staff only mentioned the shipping speed of ePacket, she didn't remind of the expedited shipping fee as she thought you would choose the shipping fee which is around $2.00. Yay, I received my package today.
It really took awhile, but I'm happy and excited.
