About an order placed 11/03/2020
Order #B110376977 - package 1 which was shipped 11/7/2020. The status of my package has not updated at USPS since November 10, 2020. It's still reporting that the origin post is preparing package and it has been over 30 business days since the package last moved.

I'm tired of support tickets. One reply to my query actually said "the tracking has been updsted, here is new one :2020-12-10 16:19 Airline receiving." 14 days ago and there has been no update to the tracking at all.

I just want to resolve the issue with a refund or a new order.

Sorry for the shipping delay.

According to the tracking information, the packages were handed over to the airport for a long time ago, the package should be dispatched to overseas. As there is no update information, we cannot make sure where are the packages stuck. We have asked our Post office to investigate your package status, but we haven't received their reply yet. We will urge them to give us a final solution, so we can resend/refund for you as earlier as possible OK? We are worried about the shipping too, as recently some packages which shipped from Zhengzhou were heavily delayed, the post asked us to wait, but we cannot wait too long. Please trust we will try our best to give you the solution as sooner as we can. We will send the update news to you in ticket once we have the confirmation from our post.

What is the estimate on a wait time? If the packages were truly shipped on the 10th and were by air, surely they must have reached their destination by now.

We have long passed the date when your own policies state that customers can claim that a package is lost.

Same story for my order # B103123528:
shipped on November, 7 and not updated since November, 10.
I think there’s a bunch of parcels from that days probably lost, or stolen or what else.

Sorry for the long wait shipping.

As the tracking information isn't updated, we have asked our post to investigate your package. The package maybe stuck at the airport or overseas, as recently we see some packages information showed "delivered" directly after this information. My order had an update! The plane finally landed in Chicago. I congratulate the pilot on successfully fighting through all the adversity he must have faced. ;-)
