Custom Taxes EU and value of the items write on the packet. @Anniepan
Since I can’t find the option to write this on the support page, I’ll write here.
Today I have received the shipping of the Order # B061881423.
The problem is that I paid 2,92€ of customs taxes because you have declared 5$ of value on the packet when the real value are only 1.66$ (1,40€).
Why you have declared 5$? I am annoyed, with this error it wasn’t a good deal and I have lost money.

No, and it’s ok, but with the new rules they need to write the correct value of the items, so we can pay the right tax, and not over like me. Also because now the customs office can request proof of payment to calculate the taxes and this must correspond to what is written on the package in order to not have problems.

I would have prefered that it is prepaid to avoid further delays, dealing with customs ... Don't Know yet about the process for paying the tax...

I think my shopping days are over. No matter if they add the real value or not. When the invoice is missing they charge me €15. This is how it goes in Belgium but every country in the EU seems to be charging what ever they want.

It's good that you are solving the individual customer issue. But even more important is to solve the structural problems in your house (wrong labelling of packages, VAT registration, ....). Maybe something is going on in this regards, but we customers are not much informed about.
